Robyn Nagel, MSW
Executive Director
Robyn is no stranger to Serenity or our mission. Robyn has been with Serenity HospiceCare for over 15 years, starting in the field as a Social Worker working with our patients and their families for 12 years, then advancing to Director of Social Work in 2019. Robyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Bachelors of Science in Sociology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2004. Robyn then received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2008.
Erika Griggs, MBA, RT(R), RDCS, RDMS(AB, OB/GYN, BR)
Chief Operating Officer
Erika has more than 16 years of experience as a healthcare professional. She is committed to leveraging her clinical and leadership experience to help Serenity HospiceCare further its commitment to continue the compassionate care they are known for.
Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and her MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
Mandy Harris, MSW
Director of Social Work/SupportiveCare Social Worker
Mandy, MSW is the Social Worker for the Supportive Care program. The social worker will assess the needs of the patient and assist in obtaining resources and provide emotional support for the patients and families.
Mandy received her Master’s Degree in Social Work degree in 2018 and has been in the healthcare setting since. Prior to becoming a social worker, Mandy was in public health for over 20-years.
Sherry Howard, BS
Office Manager
Sherry has been a part of the Serenity family for 7 years. Prior to the promotion, she was the Medical Records Manager. Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Central Methodist University in 2008. Before coming to Serenity, she worked at Mineral Area Hospital for 13 years, first as a Unit Secretary and then as a Medical Records Analyst.
Erin Parks, RN, BSN, MSN, ACNP-BC, FNP-BC
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner
Erin is a board certified nurse practitioner with nearly 12 years of experience. She graduated from Farmington High School and received her BSN from SEMO in Cape Girardeau. She is also a two time graduate from Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee with degrees as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Amy Swink, RN
Director of Nursing
Amy Swink is the Director of Nursing at Serenity HospiceCare. She has been a Registered Nurse for 25 years with experience in Hospice, Long Term Care Management, MDS, Geriatrics, Obstetrics, and Primary Care Nursing. She resides in her hometown of Farmington, MO with her husband of 25 years and 2 children. Her hobbies include a beef herd farm operation and horseback riding.
Her goal is to provide our hospice patients with the best possible care during end of life and support of our hospice staff. She is looking forward to many successful years with the Serenity HospiceCare team
Michele Day
Marketing & Public Relations Director
Michele has over 8
years of experience in hospice marketing, as well as 13 years of advertising sales experience. She has a true gift for networking and connecting with professionals in our area and is devoted to strengthening our relationships
in the communities we serve. She has always had a heart for hospice and firmly believes in what we offer to patients and their families at the end-of-life and beyond.
